Return Policy
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a return policy that allows you to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
- Return period: You have 30 days to return your product, starting from the day you received it.
- Product condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging so they can be resold.

Exceptions: Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Hygiene products such as underwear, bras, socks, and cosmetics
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items that, by their nature, cannot be returned
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation period: You can cancel your order within 1 hour after placing it. After this time, it will no longer be possible to cancel.
- Cancellations with PayPal: This cancellation rule only applies to orders paid with PayPal.
- Credit card orders: There is NO cancellation option for payments made by credit card.
Return Process
- Return request: Send an email to support@vitaxe.co to request a return. Include your contact details, order number, and clear photos or videos showing any defect or damage.
- Return shipping: Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping. Make sure the items are in perfect condition and meet all return conditions.
- Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Proof of shipment: Don’t forget to send us proof of shipment by email, preferably by replying to the same communication thread.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, we will offer you a free replacement. Make sure to send photos or videos clearly showing the damage.
Refunds
Refunds for returned products will be processed within 2 to 5 business days after the items have been received by the supplier.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or problems that occur during the shipping process.
- We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the return conditions are not met.
- Please note that, if applicable, returned items may need to be sent to one of our warehouses located abroad, depending on where the product is in stock.
